Emerald Travel is a share holding company established in accordance with the provisions of the laws in force in Egypt Under Law 38/ 1977, as amended by law 118/ 1983 and act 125/ 2008 and its executive regulations issued by Ministerial Decree 209 for the year 2009 and issued a license of General Tourism Activity (2038), Paragraph (a).
